Policy

By booking an appointment with Delightfull Daimondss, you automatically agree to the salon policies. Please read the following information carefully before booking to avoid any misunderstandings.

If you have any questions or are unsure about anything, please get in touch before your appointment.

BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

A €15 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The deposit must be paid within 3 hours of booking. If payment is not

received within this time, your appointment will be cancelled and the time slot will be released.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to another appointment when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

Double bookings are currently not possible.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

In the event of a no-show, the remaining balance of the appointment must still be paid.

Please make sure you are available for the date and time you select before confirming your booking.

ARRIVAL & LATENESS

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled.

Arriving on time ensures there is enough time to complete your lash treatment properly without rushing.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, including mascara, eyeliner or other products around the eyes.

Please attend your appointment alone due to the limited workspace.

If you are experiencing an eye infection, irritation, contagious illness or other symptoms that could make treatment unsafe, please contact us before attending your appointment.

INFILLS

To qualify for an infill appointment, you must have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining.

If less than 50% remains, the appointment will be charged as a full set.

Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain a full and fresh appearance.

You may be asked to send a photo of your lashes before your infill appointment.

AFTERCARE

Proper aftercare plays an important role in keeping your lash extensions beautiful for as long as possible.

Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24–48 hours after treatment.

Do not rub, pick or pull your lash extensions.

Brush through your lashes gently twice a day.

Avoid oil-based products on or around your eyes.

Do not apply mascara directly to your lash extensions.

Avoid sleeping directly on your face, as this can affect your extensions.

PAYMENT

The remaining balance for your treatment is paid in cash on the day of your appointment.

Please provide your correct WhatsApp number when booking. If no valid WhatsApp number is provided, your appointment may be cancelled.

Appointment communication is handled through WhatsApp. Please do not send appointment requests through other social media platforms.

Due to limited availability, we recommend booking your appointment in advance to avoid disappointment.
