Yes. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Unfortunately, no. For the best results and to ensure the health of your natural lashes, we do not refill lash extensions applied by another lash technician. In this case, the existing extensions will need to be removed before a new set can be applied.

Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Avoid oil-based products, makeup, lash glue or other products around your eyes before your appointment, as these can affect lash retention.

For your safety and the safety of our clients, we reserve the right to refuse treatment if you have signs of an eye infection, poor hygiene or other conditions that could make the treatment unsafe.
