Please arrive on time so we can provide your treatment without rushing. If you are 10 minutes late, a €10 late fee will apply. Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes will be cancelled. If you wish to reschedule, a new deposit and 50% of the full set price will be required.

Yes. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows will be charged 100% of the full set price as compensation for the reserved appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by the stylist.

Unfortunately, no. For the best results and to ensure the health of your natural lashes, we do not refill lash extensions applied by another lash technician. In this case, the existing extensions will need to be removed before a new set can be applied.

Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Avoid oil-based products, makeup, lash glue or other products around your eyes before your appointment, as these can affect lash retention.

If you experience significant lash loss within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact us immediately. If applicable, you will receive a free lash correction.

Requests made after 48 hours are not covered by the correction policy and a mini fill will need to be booked.

For your safety and the safety of our clients, we reserve the right to refuse treatment if you have signs of an eye infection, poor hygiene or other conditions that could make the treatment unsafe.
